Poulsbo Rv

I purchased my 2007 Fleetwood 22B from these guys last week. I had a great experience from the start. I found salesmen, Dave Wheeler, to be an honest, caring, and patient guy. He was not pushy in any way or form. He called only once during the week I took to make my decision. They were very open to working with me on the amount of down payment I had and credit score. Patrick Caldwell in finance took the time to answer any and questions I had and stayed on top of the banks. Finance manager Dave Nelson negotiated with the bank on my behalf. I have to say that all worked as hard as if I was a member of their family. They truly went above and beyond. The final walk thru with Kevin in service went great. He was very knowledgeable and took all the time I needed. They have a few service issues to resolve and I will comment when all is done. more

We told them we were just looking (and of course we were) so they wouldn't even show us what we wanted to look at unless we wanted to buy. We are in the market but didn't want to buy that day....why would that even make a difference? Went to the Shoreline one and they were awesome...will never, ever do business at the Kent, WA one. more

My husband & I were invited by two salesmen from the Auburn store to the RV show in Seattle. Of course we fell in love with a new motorhome on display. That afternoon at the show the two salesman, my husband and myself along with the big boss (Bob) sat and discussed the purchase of this motorhome. Just four months prior I lost my mom so out of her estate I was able to put $10,000. down and the balance owing was contigent on the sale of her house. With the proceeds from the sale we would pay the motorhome off. We all sat in agreement and put a six month time frame to sell the house. Well the house never sold and Poulsbo RV refuses to refund our $10,000. My husband and I are on fixed incomes we especially can not afford to give away $10,000. We want everyone to know ""DO NOT TRUST POULSBO RV THEY ARE THEIVES YOU CANNOT TAKE THEM FOR THEIR WORD"". more

Everyone we talked to at Paulsbo RV was very personable and helpful. Scott and Mike took great care of us and our RV. When we took our RV in for servicing they fixed everything on our list. The owner even stayed a bit late to allow us to pick up our RV after hours because we're full time RV'ers. We appreciate the great service and are now loyal customers. While vacationing with my son in Washiington several weeks ago, I stopped by Poulsbo just to look at the size of certain used RV's. I was looking for something small enough to drive, but big enough for an 8 year old and his mom to camp in. Long story short, I ended up buying a used class B RV. The sales manager negotiated with me on the price and a complete inspection was completed in less than 48 hours and all items were repaired so that we could drive home to California. Everyone's customer service was wonderful. We were even given a gift certificate to buy equipment for the RV. The only negative in the experience is that I had to call for the documents to be mailed for licensing in California. But then again the customer service was great. Seems my phone number didn't get included in the paperwork. Perhaps just a bit more communication between financing and licensing departments. more

Poulsbo RV - BUYER BEWARE! If you are buying a used RV from Poulsbo RV, be aware, that Poulsbo RV makes commitments to repair/fix items even though their Service Department does not have the capabilities to make the repair(s). If the repair requires Poulsbo RV to take the extra step to get something repaired at another facility such as, Allison for transmission diagnostics or as in my case Freightliner for suspension and brake inspections they ignore the issue and forget about it. When questioned after being told that they would take care of all of the issues presented to them, all of sudden, Poulsbo RV Service Department does not have the capabilities to work on Class A brake system, nor do they have the capabilities to diagnose transmission problems. One of the issues that I had with Poulsbo RV was a SAFETY item; the RV I bought had brake problems and I was told that there was nothing wrong with the brakes. All I can say about deal ing with Poulsbo RV is: BUYER BEWARE!! If Poulsbo has an RV that you are really interested in, take the time before buying the RV to have an independent Qualified Mechanic inspect the vehicle for any safety items that need to be attended to, such as the vehicle Brake system, wheel bearings, etc. It takes only one close call to remind you how ruthless some people can be in order to make dollar, especially at someone else?s expense.
