While vacationing with my son in Washiington several weeks ago, I stopped by Poulsbo just to look at the size of certain used RV's. I was looking for something small enough to drive, but big enough for an 8 year old and his mom to camp in. Long story short, I ended up buying a used class B RV. The sales manager negotiated with me on the price and a complete inspection was completed in less than 48 hours and all items were repaired so that we could drive home to California. Everyone's customer service was wonderful. We were even given a gift certificate to buy equipment for the RV. The only negative in the experience is that I had to call for the documents to be mailed for licensing in California. But then again the customer service was great. Seems my phone number didn't get included in the paperwork. Perhaps just a bit more communication between financing and licensing departments.
