We told them we were just looking (and of course we were) so they wouldn't even show us what we wanted to look at unless we wanted to buy. We are in the market but didn't want to buy that day....why would that even make a difference? Went to the Shoreline one and they were awesome...will never, ever do business at the Kent, WA one.
