Can't beat 4 bucks...always fresh ingredients. Previous reviewers have posted that the sandwiches are small...they are smaller than some, but I find them plenty filling. If not,...

The sandwiches here are fairly decent. I’m not a big fan of the place but it is enjoyable. I don’t crave their items but the food does taste pretty good. The sandwiches here are ...

Better than Most Fast Food Options 8/6/2010

I'll admit, a huge reason why I'll opt for Potbelly's over Burger King or McDonald's is their milkshakes. They're really good, come in flavors other than generic chocolate or vanilla, and they come with a cute little cookie on the straw! And other than their milkshakes, I like getting a freshly-made, freshly-toasted sandwich with ingredients that don't taste like their 5 days old. So even among the bounty of fast food options in the Chinatown area, Potbelly's is high on my list. more

Unbelievably good sandwiches in multiple locations 5/25/2010

Potbelly is called this for a reason. Although its sandwiches are crispy, fresh, made-to-order, and excellent, if you're watching you weight, be careful what you order. If you don't care about what you're eating, than go nuts. The PJ&J sandwich is freaking fantastic, as is the turkey. Load it up with all the toppings possible and you've got yourself a really tasty lunch or dinner. If you are looking out for you waistline, you can still eat here, but your options are limited. Start by ordering the sandwich ""skinny,"" which means less bread, and try to stick to something on the light menu, such as the popular TKY. Hold the cheese and the mayo. Potbelly also offers a rotation of different soups and delicious milkshakes topped with a cookie. Lines can get very long for the lunch crowd, but it moves quickly. However, if you want to avoid that altogether, you can call ahead and order your sandwich via phone. Pros: Awesome toppings, fast service Cons: High in calories more
