I have been bring my son for a long time. They are great with him. He doesn't stay still well and can be distracted sometimes. The pictures are always amazing. We've done fun photos of him eating his birthday cake. Hated the bunnies but the pictures were cute, throwing hearts at valentines day. We walked by the store a few weeks ago and my little guy cried because we weren't going in to have his picture taken. The staff is very professional and though they tend to be pricier than other places I have never felt remotely pressured to buy more than I wanted or twisted into some package in order to get the best prints. Horrible Customer Service! 12/5/2009

I went to this place early in the morning thinking they allow walking ins but this wasn't the case-I guess you have to make an appointment. The first person (guy) said they had only one opening in the afternoon. So after thinking I came back to the same place to schedule the appointment. So this girl assisted me, who looked a complete inexperienced person who doesn't know any better and doesn't care of course of customers supposed to book my session, it certainly did. So later in the day, I came back again bringing my two little kids and my husband. After driving almost 17 miles and bringing all my family the same girl said: ""SHE FORGOT TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT!!!!!!! So she added someone else instead. After driving miles away and receiving this mistake the only compliment I got was sorry. WHAT A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The manager didn't do anything or let us reschedule. They wanted again to booked the appointment for late at night with no mercy for my kids. This studio besides is expensive comparing to sears or jc penney, they just care about your money. Terrible experience. Pros: Its located in the mall Cons: Don't Care about Customers and Terrible Customer Service!!!! more
