I had heard wonderful things about Port Discovery, but was very disapointed. Many areas were not fully functional and the lines at the working exhibits were very bad. I have been to many better hands on museums in other cities. Cons: Crowded, Expensive more

Highly Recommend It!!! 8/23/2002

I took my neice and nephew and they had the BEST time! There were so many cool areas - a large climbing tower, a mystery house, an egyptian exhibit, computer stations...and they got to make arts and crafts projects to take home with them. I foud it to be fun and educational too. Definitely will bring them back! more

What a great place for kids - wonderful environment for families to interact with each other. My kids especially liked the mystery house, where you follow clues to find missing family members. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. more
