Unsatisfied customer 10/3/2006

The initial customer service I received via telephone order was not very helpful. I ordered the flowers on Friday for delivery on Monday. The delivery time was scheduled for the afternoon (it was imperative they be delivered on that particular day). On Monday afternoon I called them to confirm that the flowers were delivered. The order was confirmed as being delivered but on Tuesday morning I contacted the recipient to find out that there was no delivery. The company did not refund any delivery charges, they just offered a half hearted apology. I will not use this company again...poor customer service. more

This florist is very friendly and helpful when you need help with things. They are prompt and their flowers are always fresh and nicely arranged. The prices are comprable as well. PROS: great florist CONS: none more

Fantastic Florist 11/5/2005

This florist has a wonderful selection of fresh flowers, balloons, gifts, artificial flowers/plants, etc.. I've used them many times over the years and the staff is very friendly and knows a great deal about flowers and plants. Their prices are resonable and they can deliver anywhere. Every arrangement I've ever seen from them has been as good as if not better than I expected. If there is ever a problem they will immediately replace the arrangement. They have a large showroom where you can see many of the items they offer, but they also have books available to show bouquet ideas or will custom make something for you. Port Charlotte Florist is by far my choice of florists in the area! PROS: Flowers always fresh/great service CONS: none more
