The initial customer service I received via telephone order was not very helpful. I ordered the flowers on Friday for delivery on Monday. The delivery time was scheduled for the afternoon (it was imperative they be delivered on that particular day). On Monday afternoon I called them to confirm that the flowers were delivered. The order was confirmed as being delivered but on Tuesday morning I contacted the recipient to find out that there was no delivery. The company did not refund any delivery charges, they just offered a half hearted apology. I will not use this company again...poor customer service. more
