I recently ate at Pompeii for the first time in months, and loved this place growing up as a kid. I was good friends with the previous owner Nick, and we shared our share of laughs together. He was the perfect owner, always entertaining his guests, and treating them like family.
The ownership then got handed over to another couple who hoped to carry on Nick's legacy. I was a bit skeptic at first looking at the menu to find it more ""Americanized"" than before, but the taste was just the same as when I first came in as a child. You will not find a better gnocchi and marinara sauce outside of Italy itself. Even the price for such Italian food seems reasonable.
Pros: food, price, service
