I've been trying many different workout options to keep my New Years resolution to get back in shape in 2011, and I found something I know I can stick with at Poise and Strength! I had never tried pilates, but had heard it's a great workout, and good for psychological relaxation too, so I tried it out. Tiffany (owner) is extremely patient, inspiring to workout with, and if pilates gives you a body like hers, then every woman should be doing pilates :)
The studio has a very friendly and relaxing ambiance, and always feeling good about myself, and know I had a great workout. Definitely recommend Poise and Strength Pilates Studio to anyone looking for a positive, friendly fitness training staff and a superb workout!
