My Experience at Pohanka 9/20/2013

I traded my first Hyundai Sonata for the one that I currently have. My experience at Pohanka has been nothing short of professional, fair and accomodating. All of my vehicle maintenance visits have been non-stressful. This location and the staff is the absolute best. I have not had a bad experience yet with them. And since the move to the new location, they have elevated to a new level. I wish them all the very best success in business. Keep the customers first as you have done, and I am sure that you will continue to be blessed. more

Payment for Service 9/7/2013

The cashier's equipment needs to be up-graded. I spent longer trying to get my debt/visa card to be accepted my the out-dated machine she was using. I had to get a ride to a ATM machine to w/d cash. My bank manager was on the phone with me the entire time trying to figure out why her machine said 'a referral was needed.' The cashier was not able to manually input the card number, etc. The experience was frustrating for me, and my bank manager. more
