Pohanka Hyundai

This was my first car servicing experience with Pohanka Hyundai in Capitol Heights. I really appreciated the quick but efficient service. Because of the Sunday schedule, though, I didn't get my car vaccuumed. more

My second Hyundai. Came in to test drive and drove off. I love Pohanka Hyundai so far. Its a way better dealership than College Park Hyundai by far. more

The assistants always keep informed of what needs servicing and the cost. They also informed me of what will be needed on the next service visit and the approximate cost. I like that! more

I am certainly not one to give bad reviews UNLESS I feel necessary. I hold customer service very high as I choose to give my very hard earned money to companies in which I believe I can trust. First off, I start by saying that almost everyone in my Immediate family has a Hyundai. So, it was almost natural for me to purchase my very own as my first car. As I decided that I wanted to purchase my own first car, at a separate dealership I bought a used accent for a decent amount. Maybe about one month after I got my used car, I received a letter stating that pohanka Hyundai wanted my used car and could put me into something newer at a reasonable price. Since I could get something a little newer AND have a reasonable price I thought, why not? Then I took my used car over to Hyundai in capital heights to see what they could offer me. When I arrived a gentleman who introduced himself as Raymond, said that he could help me. I told him what I was looking for (a small, affordable car) and what I was willing to pay monthly. He took me over to the 2013 accents and I chose the one that i liked. After small talk and me being excited about my new car, he explained that they had to do an appraisal. I was surprised how long I waited to be served once I entered the dealership. more

Took Santa Fe in for oil change and agreed to the tire rotation package that was offered. After service performed, left dealership and later that night, it dawned on me how could the service tech perform tire rotation without the wheel lock key???? Call advisor and was told I could bring it back in to have it done. Did not have the time to have something done that was supposed to have been performed the day before and THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR IT. Not feeling great about this. Reputation has taken a nose dive. Do not appreciate paying for services that were not performed. Normally when I have my tires rotated, the tech would come ask me for the wheel lock key if I did not leave it visible in the car. Not this time. more

Service went through without any issues. My service advisor (Sean) informed me of needed maintenance & didn't pressure me into purchasing something that I didn't need. more

I have always enjoyed my service at Pohanka Hyundai. Sean Tolton and Will Bishop are the best service advisors and they provide excellent customer service. Sean was my service advisor on this most recent visit, and he made certain to explain everything thoroughly. What impressed me the most is that he knew me by name without my having to tell him. The only negative of the visit is that I did not get a call indicating my car was ready for pick-up BUT when I called to find out and when I arrived, Sean apologized profusely. I was not upset because the service center was busy that day (New Year's Eve). The lack of a call did not affect my day nor did it cause me to not want to use Pohanka Hyundai in the future. In fact, I feel comfortable and secure taking my car to this service center based on the amazing customer service. I am considering strongly trading in my 2005 Elantra for a newer model, so I hope that the sales department members are just as phenomenal as Sean and Will. more
