The cashier's equipment needs to be up-graded. I spent longer trying to get my debt/visa card to be accepted my the out-dated machine she was using. I had to get a ride to a ATM machine to w/d cash. My bank manager was on the phone with me the entire time trying to figure out why her machine said 'a referral was needed.' The cashier was not able to manually input the card number, etc. The experience was frustrating for me, and my bank manager. more
