Awful Experience. Last weekend was the final straw. I will never go back. Yes, typically the little doggy biscuits served before the meal are stale, and the quality of the entrées is somewhat inconsistent, but sometimes it’s good. All right, so my girlfriend and I have been going to Pogacha for more than 2-years now and for the last year or so it seems like the staff members are going out of their way to harass us. Let me first say, there are several good waitresses at Pogacha, however, last weekend, one bad waitress in the bar stopped serving us drinks after having only two each. Why? I wish I knew. We were just quietly having a good time, sitting by ourselves listening to the music and holding hands. When In asked the waitress, her only excuse was that she thought she saw me stumble on the way to the restroom”. What a crock of $#! +, and a lame excuse!!! Sorry. It must be a personal thing with that waitress because the same thing has happened to us before. In fact, one time a few months ago she refused to serve my girlfriend. “I thought I saw her stumble” she said. Really, we had just walked in, sat down and hadn’t even had a drink. Anyway, back to last weekend, after paying the bill with zero tip (which I never do), and writing ""You $uck"" on the customer comment card (which I seldom do), one of the other bad staff members came up to me (I think she may have been the bartender) with a real bad attitude and told us to get out and that she was calling the cops. I asked “why would you call the cops on us”, and she only repeated, ""get out!"" Hmmm… I was a bit miffed. I asked again but got nowhere with her so we decided to leave this lousy place. Okay Pogacha…I thought this was a free country and ok, so “You $uck” may have been an immature thing for me to write but come on!!! Calling the cops and kicking us out because why (waitress) is a bit ridiculous. Aren’t we supposed to write our comments on the card, good or bad? So readers, before going out looking for a quiet, romantic and relaxing place to sit and have a cocktail and listen to music, take this experience into consideration. I’m sure we are not the only ones who have been treated so disrespectfully at Pogacha.
Pros: It could be a good place, but...
Cons: Rude and discriminating staff
