Great Experience 12/17/2015

Steve was prompt and showed up almost exactly at the beginning of my appointment window. He was knowledgeable and explained all my options, weighing the pros and cons of each. I didn't feel like I was getting upsold on additional services or parts I didn't need, and I didn't feel pressured into making any decisions. The end price was very good considering all the work that was done. Great experience and would recommend to a friend. more

This was a bit of a process. 12/14/2015

There were several phone calls and follow-up visits. There were part replacements.They sent the second tech, who had to make a second visit to resolve what I said was the issue in my first call. Bottom line...I was returned my cost on the labor, (parts were warranty). They treated me respectfully on my complaint and resolved it in the same manor. I will use this company again in the future. more

Very responsive, knowledgeable, and quick responding 10/20/2015

Left a message for the principal of the firm on a Saturday, when the office is closed. He returned my call the same day while he was out of town! Spoke to their receptionist Monday morning early, who was expecting my call. She set up an appointment for the same morning. Keith arrived, diagnosed the problem in about 20 minutes, located the necessary parts at a supplier, fetched the parts and fixed the problem in about 2 hours. Had heat again. Aside from paying the bill, this was all in all a very pleasant experience with courteous and knowledgeable people. Highly recommended. more
