Plumb-Good

I called Plumb Good in the evening to report a water leak. By noon the next day I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called again. I should have known then that they didn't want my business if they wouldn't return my call. However I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They told me they would give me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know when they were on their way. I took time off of work for the appointment and they never showed up. I definitely didn't receive a "courtesy" call either. I called and had to leave yet another message, which was never returned. Cons: Didn't show up more

We had David West & his trainee out yesterday to take a look at some leaky sinks we had. I called in the morning and they had someone out to provide a FREE estimate the very same afternoon. We haven't had the best luck w/ plumbers since we built & opened our business but were beyond pleased w/ this company & team. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly & upfront w/ the repairs, prices & parts requirements. There was NO trip charge or diagnosis charge which was the primary reason why I chose to try this company first, because as a new business, every dollar has to count. I was NOT disappointed & will keeping their number for future plumbing needs. We rarely write reviews but since we've been burned so many other times for plumbing before and we actually got GREAT, quality service this time, I wanted to tell whomever I could! Pros: Professional, Quality work, Friendly, Reasonable rates more
