Review content:
I called Plumb Good in the evening to report a water leak. By noon the next day I still hadn't heard back from them, so I called again. I should have known then that they didn't want my business if they wouldn't return my call. However I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They told me they would give me a 30 minute courtesy call to let me know when they were on their way. I took time off of work for the appointment and they never showed up. I definitely didn't receive a "courtesy" call either. I called and had to leave yet another message, which was never returned.
