We had David West & his trainee out yesterday to take a look at some leaky sinks we had. I called in the morning and they had someone out to provide a FREE estimate the very same afternoon. We haven't had the best luck w/ plumbers since we built & opened our business but were beyond pleased w/ this company & team. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly & upfront w/ the repairs, prices & parts requirements. There was NO trip charge or diagnosis charge which was the primary reason why I chose to try this company first, because as a new business, every dollar has to count. I was NOT disappointed & will keeping their number for future plumbing needs. We rarely write reviews but since we've been burned so many other times for plumbing before and we actually got GREAT, quality service this time, I wanted to tell whomever I could!
