Definitely not going back for my car alignment. I spent $80 and they didn't even fix my swerving steering wheel. They just told me that I have a bad tire. A bad tire? really?! They didn't even bother adjusting my tie rods. I went to this one shop the day before and I asked them for a refund coz they aligned my car from bad to worst! I thought this shop was the answer to my problem coz they were $30 more expensive than the first one and sounds like a very professional name. I was wrong! I was disappointed! I would not recommend this place for your car alignment. They sux! more

My name is Thomas. I'm a new customer to platinum wrench. I brought my 2010 BMW 5 series, to get some brake work information. Because Bert smith wanted a million dollars to do the work and there was twenty other problems with my car that the warranty didn't cover and needed to be done so the vehicle was safe for the road. So I set appointment for that next Tuesday, I went home and I did a little research on some local import car repair shops that were reputable in my area . You guys had the highest customer reviews so i figured what the hell let?s see what Platinum finds out about the situation with my cars brakes and dash lights. I spoke with a very nice guy named Rob and he seemed very knowledgeable about BMW's and the crazy pricing a Bert Smiths service department. Anyways platinum quoted a very fair price on the pads and labor. So they started working on my car and said that I?d be out of their in about two hours or less. So in the process of the repair I was informed by Rob that there was a few things with my car he thought needed to be brought to my attention. Turns out the last Import garage I brought my car to installed junk yard pads and calibers, guess that?s what you get in Southeast Georgia, Long story short instead of a normal brake pad service, I needed to change out everything because the cheap parts I was unaware where installed on my car, destroyed my rotors and of course the correct parts I needed were a two day shipping period, and that won?t work for me so the mechanic working on my car scot, recommend I tried to not drive the car because it really wasn?t safe for the highway , Then rob offer to rent me a car for the two days need to finish the job if I wanted to have them order the factory certified parts and do the work and still offered me a fair price for everything. I agreed to the repair, a day pass I get a phone call about 9:30 am that my car was completed and ready for pick up. So I came to pay the bill and get my car and turns out they never charged me any cost for the rental car, and washed my car for me. Thanks rob, scot and everyone else there at Platinum wrench you guys are the best! Thank you guys again you did one hell of a good job and were very flexible to my needs, and know your trade! My car drives and stops on a dime ! and you the calibers even say bmw like when I bought the car new. more

I have been going to Platinum Wrench for over 10 years. Their service has just gotten better over the years like a fine wine. All the employee's I have dealt with have been very nice. The prices are very reasonable. They stand by their work. I would like to say that Rob is a fantastic guy and really made my day today. Thanks Rob!!! I will continue to use their services. more

Thanks Platinum you guys saved me again! My Truck broke down on my way to work last Wedsnday , i called eddie at platinum ,he had sent Evelands Towing out to me five minutes from my job of course. Anyways the tow truck driver dropped me off at work so i wouldn't be late ! Took my truck to there shop i called eddie on my lunch to see if they had got a chance to check out my truck. Turns out it was a fuel pump and the part was $250.00 and the labor was $270.00 plus a $55.00 tow bill. I told eddie, their was no way i could afford $600.00 this week, Little did i know they offer 90 days same as cash ! Witch saved me .And the best thing of all they had some one pick me up from work and bring me to there shop to pick my truck up cause it was finished, and thats to the new owners 90days deal i only had to put down $300. Thank you guys for saving me again. I would have to rate platinum a 5 for sure! more

Nothing compares to the reputation of Honesty. Thank you Platinum, you guys are the best! I went to the dealer to get some minor work done on my car, they over priced me by hundreds of dollars on my estimate and tried to tell me the problems my car was having where major computer problems! And that it was gonna cost thousands of dollars. i told my buddy that i work with and he told me about PLATINUM WRENCH. I'm glad he did because, not only are you guys honest you all are very helpful and explain part by part the problem and how you can fix it! The manager Eddie had my car picked up from work made it very easy for me while i was working, he's a great guy! They repaired it that day before i got off from work then had a very polite young man named Tim picked me up and they even detailed my car for me, FREE OF CHARGE! When we got back to the shop i spoke with a guy named Rob, he explained what had most likely caused the problem, and how they fixed and by fixing that it made the other problems go away, Plus the ending balance was even lower than the originally set price we agreed on! I am a out of state owner of a BMW 740IL. I often travel to Pinellas Park for business. Last week I was traveling in my BMW all the sudden the car started shaking and loosing power. I got off to the side of the road and the car just quit. Here I am from out of town and no one to call. I did not want to call a BMW dealer ($$$$ as I have already had that experience from my hometown and beyond. $$$$$$) I talked to some locals as I call them, and was referred to this place called Platinum Wrench. From the time I called I knew I was going to the right place. The people were nothing but professional, extremely curious ,and made me feel I was their best customer. (even though I was a first timer). The car was towed to the shop and I was greeted by one of the owners Rob. He took the time and went over exactly how they were going to troubleshoot my issue. Within an hour or so they not only found the problem but FIXED IT as well!!! WOW, I was shocked. No parts needed just a wiring issue. Now that is honesty! I have now scheduled all my routine maintenance with Platinum Wrench in conjunction with my business travels to Pinellas Park. And I will say I have NEVER been disappointed! To all you fellow BMW owners ,if you like customer service, professional technicians, and extremely reasonable pricing then you need to go to Platinum Wrench. Everytime I have taken a vehicle in they have been very prompt and always call to review the necessary repairs. They are never pushy and always give me options, if available. My F150 had an electrical problem and the dealer would not even try to diagnose it. They just wanted to sell me a new audio system. I am so glad I talked to Rob before I did! He saved me over $600 bucks by asking me the right questions and finding a short! All I needed was a length of new wire! Platinum will always be my 1st choice for my auto repairs! If there is anything I can say about the new owners, it is that they are all about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Rob has really taken this operation to the next level! If you need any auto repairs, go out of your way to take your car here! You will be glad you did! more

Have used Platinum many time over the years, and have always found them to be Honest and Reliable, and priced Fairly. For the one's who have reported them to have an F rating from the BBB, I suggest you check it out your self like I did, they are Rated A-. more
