From the moment Doc answered his phone we knew we had called the right person to help us get a car. Doc went more than "" the extra mile "" to help us purchase a new car after we told him about the bad experience we had with a dealer closer to our home that we had gone to first, because of the proximity to where we live. Doc took time on his day off to locate exactly the car I wanted and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire car buying process. This is by far the best experience I have ever had when making a "" big "" purchase. Josh Lever was more than willing to help us locate a car, he promised he and Doc would get me a car as soon as possible and they did. Jim Fry went over the car with me and spent as much time as I needed to understand the car and its features, he listened to my questions and answered them clearly. Adam Butler handled the finance aspect of the purchase and he was knowledgeable and presented all the necessary information clearly to me. I am very impressed with the way this dealership is run and the kind,courteous and respectful way my husband and I were treated by everyone at Platinum Volkswagen. Everyone should be treated the way Doc and the crew at Platinum treat their customers. I would most definitely recommend this deal to anyone buying a VW.
