Everything is expensive anymore but you cannot deny the selection of everything from imported dance remixes to mixing boards to local mix-tapes at the counter. They don't have everything but they are worth a check - usually, the reason behind not getting something is attributed to some one beating you to it. The store is frequented by so many working DJs that it can be frustrating coming in late for something. Another nice thing is that they aim for the working DJ which means lots of reissued classics, lots of compilations and remixes on vinyl. And, if you are playing the club venue down the street and your speaker cable goes bad, they have that too. The people behind the counter have worked there forever and still have the best listening booth set-up in town.
Pros: larger, current selection of vinyl and whatever new gear is needed
Cons: prices are a little high, no longer carry the cool milkcrate style record boxes
