Stand behind their work 2/8/2013

---Updated---\r \r Just under 3 years in and I am having problems with the humidifier. Have spent a week trying to get a hold of Platinum and they do not answer their phone or return my calls. Not sure if they are out of business now, but I would not recommend them any more!\r \r \r ---------\r \r I had initially thought about going with another vendor who was cheaper, but they had no reviews and were selling an 'off brand' product. James at Platinum came out and gave a free estimate, and offered a Honeywell solution that we went with. A couple of months later when the unit was indicating that it needed service, he came back that day (on a Saturday) to evaluate and discuss alternatives. James came back a third time to fix the unit, and was always prompt and professional for each appointment. Pros: Excellent customer service and workmanship Cons: Slightly pricier that some competitors more

It is my pleasure to write this review: We were looking for a good local company with qualified and experienced professionals to have a look at our 3 year old furnace. We noticed Platinum Heating & Cooling right away because we saw that they had a couple outstanding reviews on this same page. So, we decided to give them a try, and we're very glad we did. They were professional, knowledgeable and actually ETHICAL. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and everything was upfront with no surprises at the end; there were no extra costs or fees. I am a very satisfied customer and will continue to use Platinum Heating & Cooling form here on out. more

Amazing service quality and customer service 5/6/2010

I used Platinum Heating and Cooling for a new furnace and A/C unit in my house. As a new home buyer, I am not very knowledgeable with these things... James (the owner) took the time to explain everything in detail and explain my options. His prices were much lower than the other big name companies I compared him.\r He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me. He was also extremely tidy and clean in his work... he wore shoe covers everytime he walked inside my house and swept out my garage and furnace room when he was done. \r He really took pride in his company and stands behind his work.\r I would recommmend Platinum Heating and Cooling to anyone in need of heating/cooling parts or services!!
