I had Kenny come out and try to take out many stains I got from a new puppy. I had tried many different cleaners and was disappointed. Not only did he get the stains out, he was able to get the odor out as well!! I didnt realize how terrible my carpets looked until he was finished...the carpet looked brand new! Platinum Carpet Restoration is a Miracle Worker-- After my living room was flooded when I had a room remodeled, the red stain in my office furniture leached out into the carpet, which I only noticed WEEKS later when the furniture was moved back in place.
