I am the manager of an apartment complex in Leander, Texas. We began a business relationship with Kenny Quint, owner of Platinum Carpet Restoration upon the inception of his new business in March of 2009. Kenny had worked with us during his prior employment with another local carpet restoration service and we were very impressed with the quality and detail of his work and therefore anxious to try his company. Mr. Quint also came highly recommended by several mutual business contacts.\r

Since that time we’ve received superior service from Platinum Carpet Restoration. We generally deal with Mr. Quint directly; however Mr. Quint’s office manager Jennifer is very prompt and courteous in her business dealings with us as well. We’ve been able to save a considerable amount of money in our carpet replacement budget due to the effective carpet restoration service that Mr. Quint and Platinum Carpet Restoration have provided. In light of the excellent service that we’ve been given, I anticipate that we will be very eager to both continue to exclusively utilize their service as well as refer Platinum Carpet Restoration to our 7 sister communities locally.\r
