WOW are they still in business. I am searching for a local company and came across this review page. 3 years ago, I ordered cards and had great quality and experience. Last year I ordered more cards and was disgusted with the lack of professionlism when placing the order.\r And when the cards arrived they were of very poor quality, but they were paid for in full and nobody wanted to hear about bad workmanship.\r I should have got suspicious when instead of paying a deposit I had to pay the full amount with the order. But as I had got a great job previously I went along with it. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY WERE NEW OWNERS AND NOT THE SAME COMPANY AT ALL.\r When I saw the last review (2 months ago) I must say that I am amazed that they are still in business. Not only is Plastic Card Factory a RIP OFF for customers, but they also don't pay their vendors! We did work for them and they refuse to pay us. They must have been happy with our work, because they tried to hire our consultant! My advice is to BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, whether you are a potential customer or potential vendor. more

The Plastic Card Factory is a ""Must Avoid""! We ordered from the Plastic Card Factory at least 5 times and the product looked great even though EVERY order from the Plastic Card Factory had something wrong with it. Twice we paid the Plastic Card Factory a ""Rush Order"" fee and both times it still took about two weeks to get our orders. The FINAL STRAW: we placed an order with the Plastic Card Factory and when our cards arrived they looked like trash. We called the Plastic Card Factory and were told ""we changed our product line"". The cards were garbage so we asked for our money back. The Plastic Card Factory agreed but never refunded our money. We called the Plastic Card Factory and were told ""their still processing your refund"" or ""I'll call you back in an hour"" and yet they never call back and never issued a credit. Finally I cornered the Plastic Card Factory billing department gal on the phone. I asked ""point blank....whats going on here?"" She then told me ""Our TOS (Terms of Service) are that all sales are final and we do not issue refunds"". Mind you, this was NOT our first order from the Plastic Card Factory. We knew what we would be receiving and that is not what we got. So the TOS of the Plastic Card Factory are ""Buyer Beware....We don't care what you order we will send you whatever we want and no refunds if you don't like our garbage product!"" To clarify the quality: The Plastic Card Factory cards came in dull, warped and looked so cheep we are sure the ink would rub off! DO NOT USE The Plastic Card Factory! more

This is the second time that I'm dealing with PCF. The first time I ordered some business cards from them and we needed it rushed so I paid the fee. First off the girl asked me how fast we needed them, she gave me the option of 1-5 days. I said 1, she immediately replied, no we can't do 1, the quickest is 3. Finally after placing the order we were told it would be a 5 day order because of the thickness and they were backed up. Ok fine, its already paid. A couple days later we had to place an expedited order for another business card. (since they were ""quick"" we gave them another shot) We paid again for the 3 day expedite (aka shipped on the third day, receive on the 4th). It is now day 6. Even though the rep said she would call me back yesterday, I had to call back today and found out they still have to be laminated. After speaking with the reps ""supervisor"", who was supposed to call me back and still hasn't, I have no answers about when we will be receiving the cards. When I addressed the fee, which was useless since I've waited double the time, she completely ignored me. Still waiting for a call back and my cards. Pathetic way to run a business, I will NOT use them again and discourage anyone from using them! more
