The Plastic Card Factory is a ""Must Avoid""!
We ordered from the Plastic Card Factory at least 5 times and the product looked great even though EVERY order from the Plastic Card Factory had something wrong with it. Twice we paid the Plastic Card Factory a ""Rush Order"" fee and both times it still took about two weeks to get our orders.
The FINAL STRAW: we placed an order with the Plastic Card Factory and when our cards arrived they looked like trash. We called the Plastic Card Factory and were told ""we changed our product line"". The cards were garbage so we asked for our money back. The Plastic Card Factory agreed but never refunded our money.
We called the Plastic Card Factory and were told ""their still processing your refund"" or ""I'll call you back in an hour"" and yet they never call back and never issued a credit.
Finally I cornered the Plastic Card Factory billing department gal on the phone. I asked ""point blank....whats going on here?"" She then told me ""Our TOS (Terms of Service) are that all sales are final and we do not issue refunds"".
Mind you, this was NOT our first order from the Plastic Card Factory. We knew what we would be receiving and that is not what we got. So the TOS of the Plastic Card Factory are ""Buyer Beware....We don't care what you order we will send you whatever we want and no refunds if you don't like our garbage product!""
To clarify the quality: The Plastic Card Factory cards came in dull, warped and looked so cheep we are sure the ink would rub off!
