Jason is a godsend! 4/7/2008

I have been to Jason several times. Everywhere I go people ask me ?Who does your hair??. They are always shocked that I go to a salon in Lexington. They are even more shocked at the price. I have never had my hair look so good for such a reasonable price. (I moved to Lexington from the LA area.) I can not say enough. Go to Planet Salon. Ask for Jason. Kudos Planet Salon. Love my stylist!!! Crystal Litsey 4/6/2008

I have been seeing Crystal Litsey at Planet for about 4 years. Before that, I would just go to the discount place, or jump from person to person because I was never really happy with what I got. I never understood how worth it it was to have your own stylist until I started going to Crystal. She always does a great job and I know she is totally focused on me and my hair when I am there. I have referred several friends to her, and they have all come back to me with nothing but great feedback. She really listens to what you want, and she also gives her opinion on what would look best. Now, she even does my kids' hair because I wouldn't trust anyone else! Even when my 3 year old daughter cut off her own hair, I called Crystal and said I had an ""EMERGENCY"" (you can imagine!) and she told me to come on over and she actually made it look cute! If you are looking for someone in town, definately call for Crystal - she's the best!!! more

Great style 4/2/2008

I go to Seth Darnell at Hamburg Planet Salon and he is a great stylist. He's very precise and makes sure that I love my cut and color every single time. I've been going to him for two years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I also love the look of the salon. Planet Salon is definitely worth checking out! Pros: Great stylists and salon Cons: Nothing I can think of. more

Amazing stylists!!!! 4/2/2008

I moved from Illinois and was looking for a new stylist, so I called Planet Salon. The Receptionists were very friendly and approachable, they helped me pick out of their level systems and gave me helpful hints and suggestions. When I walked in I thought the salon looked great, even better than some I had been in when I lived back home. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I had my haircut by Jason, and he was highly experienced and came from Nashville. He gave me the best haircut I have ever had, and I've been to a lot of salons. This is a great place to go and I highly recommend Jason and his wife Charlene. Both of them were amazing, and I feel amazing now with my new look! I went to Crissi Crutcher at Planet Salon in Hamburg and she was by far the most amazing stylist I have EVER BEEN TO!!! I asked for the Posh Spice cut and color and she did it perfectly!!! I have never been happier with my looks before!!!!!! Go to this salon now!!!! Pros: Everythings awesome! Great service cut color you name it!! Cons: Nothing!!!!! more

Chrystal Litsey is the BEST! 3/13/2008

When I walked in I knew I had nothing to worry about. I sat down and it was like she knew exactly what I wanted. I moved to Georgia and I still drive to Lexington to have her do my hair. I trust no on else. On my Wedding day she did my hair, my flower girl's hair, and my bride maids hair. There is no one that I trust more than her. She will not only do a great job but she will give you ideas to think about that will fit your facial features. I am telling you... once you go you will never be more pleased and feel more handsome or beautiful. It is really hard to fine someone to do your hair. You will never go to anyone else after her. Crystal is absolutely great! I have been going to Crystal for years and I have always left the salon with a great haircut and perfect highlights. Not only is she a wonderful hairstylist, but she has a great personality also. Crystal is always upbeat and goes out of her way to make sure all of her clients are comfortable. I have been going to Crystal Goodlett to get my hair cut and colored for about 5 years! My first venture into the salon was when I had box-dyed my hair brown in attempts to get the dark hair/blue eyed look. I needed someone to match my fading brown hair to my ash blonde roots AND give me a cut to support my new look. Crystal plopped me down in the chair, and I somehow knew I could just trust her. She has a great eye for what would look good on each and every head she sees. In fact, one day about 2 years ago, I walked in and she took one look at me and said, ""you know what would look good on you? A BOB!"" So we chopped off all my hair. Now, that exact same bob is being worn on Victoria Beckham, Katie Holmes, and everyone one else in this world who wants a clean fresh look. With some help from Crystal, I BEAT THE FASHION MAGAZINES! I live out of state now, and every time I come back to Kentucky, I make an appointment because I know she's the only one who can get it right! Pros: Crystal L. Great Stylist, Highly trained and recommended! 2/17/2008

I have been going to Planet Salon for 3 years now and me and my family have had the best haircuts and color from Ashley. She always knows just what to do to change my style up and make sure I'm looking great! This Salon sends their staff to classes all over the country to make sure they have the best Stylist. The Salon on richmond road is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. The whole staff always makes me feel welcome and is very nice. If you want a good quality haircut and color goto Ashley, I would recommend her to everybody! Pros: Open 7 days a week and sells Bumble and Bumble products! more

Best hairstyle ever 1/14/2008

I had left my last stylist and lucked in to Charlene. She fixed a bad haircut and added the most natural highlights I have ever seen. She is worth every dime! If you want a great hairstyle and a super friendly stylist, this is what you are looking for! Pros: everything Cons: nothing more
