Planet Mitsubishi is avoiding the issue to why they charged me $13,300 for an 2011 chevy aveo that should have been priced from 6,000 to 7,000 according to the kelly blue-book value for a car with no warranty's. I understand that the power-train comes ( free) with the car as a manufacture warranty from the company that made the car.Planet Mitsubishi transferred the manufacture warranty to another road assistance company , with out informing me of this fact. Planet Mitsubishi charged me a total of 13,300.00 for a fully warranty covered certified cpo pre- owned 2011 Chevy Aveo , with 40000 mileage. According to the state and laws of N.C.When I signed the loan contract, they stated that the car had been inspected by them and was in good condition. After signing the contract I got the keys and when I got home I saw a as is on the floor in the car. I mention this to salesperson george and he said not to worry that I was covered w/a warranty in case the car needed any repairs bring it to the shop. I send some files that states that the car history was good, so why didn't planet Mitsubishi inspect and certify the car at their dealership as a car in good condition with no repair problems at the time of sale. If planet Mitsubishi believed , or known that their was pre- existing repairs needed for the car to pass certifications ( CPO ) , If Planet Mitsubishi had came to their own conclusion that the repairs on the car was too costly or too much damage on the car to pass their certification or standards to maintain the car at their dealership. What do I need a car that might have even more hidden damages to repair that planet Mitsubishi refuses to take ownership, maintain, support, or repair themselves. I payed Planet Mitsubishi more for the car to have a peace of mind, knowing that I was covered in case the car needed minor repairs, or maintenance to stay on the road. I see that Planet Mitsubishi do not care to keep a good relationship or trust with their buyers by maintaining , supporting,or taking ownership with the cars that they sell, to make the buyers come back and want to do business with them again.
