Review content:
Nothing has changed in the last 9 months. I told Asia and Jessica, who I had first contact with, that I was interested in the buy here pay here vehicles. I was told I would be meeting with Gus, which was a lie. The sales rep knew what I was looking for but instead he got his fast talking sales manager who tried to force me into a new vehicle. After once again telling them what I needed and wanted in a vehicle I was given the cold shoulder and told that they no longer had a buy here, pay here section (although the website is still active and the building advertises that they do). They finally put me in a vehicle that was very very small, I told them I would let them know in the morning whether I would come back to purchase the car.\r

The sales manager then came back and tried to fast talk me into signing the paperwork and taking the car to see if I like it. When I wouldn't do it he offered to take my down payment and give me the car with no paperwork done. There was no way I was going to hand over my money to those people. \r

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Very poor customer service and their only concern is getting you into a car.
