In the many cars I have purchased in the past from numeorus dealerships from around the Charlotte area, I have to say this one has been the BEST!!! The people there are so courteous, so friendly, and very proffessional. I was a little nervous going in, bc I have had some credit challenges come up in the past couple of years so I just knew that I would be turned down...BUT that was not the case! To my surprise, I was able to get into a brand new (not used like I had expected) at a reasonable interest rate. The financing dept and sales managers did everything they could to help me, and it paid off. I can not express my appreciation to everyone there especially Larry, Jamin, James, and Helmi!!! These guys really know what they are doing and know how to run a business. I will never buy another vehicle from another dealership, ever!!! AGAIN, THANK YOU.
