I hate to say it but you are better off buying online or from anyone else that has a appreciation for local business. I had a $450 pair of boots that I bought from these guys for my dad for his 60th birthday and they were the wrong size. Went to exchange them and they did not have his size and told me that they would have to order them and it would be 2 months Before they they could get them in, which was not going to work for us. I wanted my dad to enjoy the boots now not 2 months from now. They refused to give me my money back and only give me a store credit even though they did not have what I needed. So long story short I'm stuck with a $450 dollar credit that I don't need. And here is the main kicker, I like to support local business and had bought almost $1000 worth of boots from these guys in the last 10 weeks for myself and my girlfriend but after this I will be going online (anywhere but here) to shop. Save yourself the headache and do not buy from these guys if your not 100% sure about the size or want the option to exchange or return. more

NO STARS! This store is awful. Bought a pair of $200 boots for my daughter. Found a cut in the leather the next day. My Dad took them back for her WITH THE RECEIPT and the store refused to even exchange them! They say they have a final sale policy. If it's posted in the store you can;t see it because of the clutter and there should ALWAYS be a verbal notification of this BEFORE the purchase in rungup! Especially on a purchase of that size. THey offered to ship back to company, but would not issue any type of receipt to show we ownded the boots. The woman was also rude to my Dad and told him if he didn't like the solution to leave and go home. To top things off their price was at least $30 higher than any place online that sells those boots! NEVER shop here. No customer service deserves NO BUSINESS! Order on line from Shepler's! more
