Would you trust a company that uses fake reviews? I wouldn't. But check the web. They are rated ""F"" by the Better Business Bureau. Also, why are all the scam alarm companies (Pinnacle, Vision, AMP, APX, 21st Century) located in the same part of Utah? more

22 Great Reviews In one Month? 8/20/2011

These reviewers along with the others have been to the Same Dentist 22 times this month. Have had their hair done at the same hair salon 30 times and have bought over 20 automatic transmissions from both AAMCO and Affordable Transmissions along with 20 security systems for their house. My husband made him explain three times before we would agree and within minutes we were installed with a new security for upstairs and downstairs...We love it. My son love checking the whether each day on the upstairs monitor...We finally have a piece of mind. more

When our tech came I had him put the wall box on the wall facing the big front window so just in case people think we just have the sign to scare them off, they can see the blue lights right in their face! more

We feel very safe with our system 7/21/2011

We have not had our system for very long, but we are very happy with it and the secure feeling that we have. The people who installed our system were very polite and very helpful. They answered all of our questions , worked very hard to get everything installed and cleaned up any mess. Thank you Linda and Glenn, we are very satisfied with our new system. more

Excellent service 7/6/2011

Recently a young man came to our house to sell an alarm system. He was polite, amusing, and very professional, a true gentleman. He explained clearly what we were getting. Shortly after it was installed while we were cooking dinner the alarm went off. I went to disarm it when a voice asked if we needed assistance. I told the lady we were all right and she proceeded to ask me to enter my code to disarm the system. My mind went completely blank. Then my husband came up beside me and told me what to enter. I did and the noise stopped. The lady who was on the line from the system then asked me who had spoken to me, which gave me a feeling of added security. I explained that my husband reminded me of the code and it was he who had spoken to me. She then said that she felt she had to check just to make sure I was all right and not being forced to do anything by a stranger in the house with me. What a reassuring and thoughtful assistance. Both my husband and I are truly thankful to have the system in our house. more

Saved my life 6/27/2011

I got distracted and forgot I was boiling hotdogs on the stove and if it wasn't for the smoke detector and alarm I may not have woken up in time to put out the small fire and clear out the smoke. Pinnacle Security Alarm system really saved my home and possibly my life! more

BBB rating: F 6/26/2011

A company doesn't get a BBB rating of ""F"" unless they deserve it. I have had nothing but trouble from day #1: starting with the door to door salesperson who flat out lied to me, to the installers who left a mess in my house (including small pieces of wiring my dogs could have swallowed), to a monitored SMOKE alarm that I discovered WAS NOT MONITORED :~( more

Makes my family feel safe! 6/21/2011

I have to say that Pinnacle Alarm Monitoring provides me and my family a sense of security while away from our home on a daily basis and while away on vacation. In addition to the quick response time in contacting me if there is an alarm detected, I find the system and staff to be reliable and consistent in the protocol of communication. The customer service and technical staff are always available and patient while working through alarm tests, monitoring system checks and questions about the security panel itself. Thanks for being ever vigilant in securing my home safely. more

Helps me and my elderly father... 6/10/2011

My elderly father lives with me, and at about two in the morning one night, the alarm went off. I was able to get up, and realize it was him. I turned off the alarm. My father had gone outside. As I watched out the window as he was walking around, he came to the door, and the door was locked. He wouldn't have been able to get in on a very cold night, he would have been in trouble. But because of the alarm, I was able to let him in a get him back to bed. more
