A company doesn't get a BBB rating of ""F"" unless they deserve it. I have had nothing but trouble from day #1: starting with the door to door salesperson who flat out lied to me, to the installers who left a mess in my house (including small pieces of wiring my dogs could have swallowed), to a monitored SMOKE alarm that I discovered WAS NOT MONITORED :~(
