Review content:
Recently a young man came to our house to sell an alarm system. He was polite, amusing, and very professional, a true gentleman. He explained clearly what we were getting. Shortly after it was installed while we were cooking dinner the alarm went off. I went to disarm it when a voice asked if we needed assistance. I told the lady we were all right and she proceeded to ask me to enter my code to disarm the system. My mind went completely blank. Then my husband came up beside me and told me what to enter. I did and the noise stopped. The lady who was on the line from the system then asked me who had spoken to me, which gave me a feeling of added security. I explained that my husband reminded me of the code and it was he who had spoken to me. She then said that she felt she had to check just to make sure I was all right and not being forced to do anything by a stranger in the house with me. What a reassuring and thoughtful assistance. Both my husband and I are truly thankful to have the system in our house.
