Got a tune-up and it cost $500. Thought it was a little pricey and found i was changed for ignition wires twice. Called 3 times and was assured ""check was in the mail"" (credit card refund was submitted for $120). It wasn't. I'll never do business there again. Really disappointed George - you lost a customer. more

I've been taking our vehicles to George at Pinnacle Automotive in Holly Springs for 3 years and always get great, personal service provided in a timely fashion, with honest opinions and comprehensive feedback. Not only does he remember us and our vehicles, George (the owner) always manages to identify and fix those hard to identify noises and problems on our vehicles?all at reasonable prices for the work performed. In fact, I trust him so much that I took my mother in-law's car to him for service while she was in town for a visit!!! Being a small business owner myself, I can appreciate the special attention George gives to every customer and his drive to make sure the job gets done right. In the rare event that he is too swamped to take the work or if the job requires a specialized skill set, he has recommended other local businesses who turned out to be just as reliable and trustworthy as he is. It is great to know that Pinnacle Automotive is just around the corner and that I can trust them to be honest and fair in a business where those values are all too rare. I am new to the area and found Pinnacle through citysearch and all of the great reviews were true. George is extremely great to work with. He remembers your name, your car, and the issue when you walk in and his shop does top-notch service. He always takes the time to explain what is wrong and gives realistic estimates for repair costs. I have an old Accord that he recently fixed and after he fixed my primary issue I asked him to look it over and make recommendations to me. He found a number of issues with the car, explained to me what the issues were, and how serious they were, and in the end he did not recommend doing anything. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and he did not. I will certainly give him my business again in the future. more

He is helpful, arranges service to my schedule and I have the highest praise for his workmanship and the fact that he stands behind the work his shop does. We were recommended to Pinnacle by a few close friends. They talked about how honest George was and how he was so willing to go above and beyond the typical auto repair place. How true! I had been looking for a good dependable place to service our cars when we need it, and have came across many places that try to upsell every thing they can to make more money off us, whether it was really needed or not (i.e. air filter, brake pads, injector cleaning, etc., even when those items were just recently replaced!); Pinnacle did not do any of that. George at Pinnacle answered all of my questions with obvious knowledge. My repairs were done quickly and with excellent results. Much more positive I could say about Pinnacle but I will just sum it up by saying that it is obvious that they are more concerned with acquiring and keeping lifelong customers than making the quick buck, rare in these times..! :) Pros: friendly, knowledgeable, fast & efficent, fair prices, etc.. We have been taking our cars to George for several years now, admittedly less so now that he is in Holly Springs. We REALLY regret the move but we still take our cars to him for the important stuff (non-oil change sorts of things). George's service is outstanding in that he is personally interested in the quality of the work done. He knows Honda and his prices are under most any dealer, while using Genuine Honda parts. more

George will go out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with his service. He will take the time to answer any questions you may have and he will give you detailed info about any repairs that are needed. He charges much less than what the Acura dealership will charge for any services, especially the service intervals, when they do alot of work depending on the mileage requirements.
