I had been looking for a good dependable place to service our cars when we need it, and have came across many places that try to upsell every thing they can to make more money off us, whether it was really needed or not (i.e. air filter, brake pads, injector cleaning, etc., even when those items were just recently replaced!); Pinnacle did not do any of that. George at Pinnacle answered all of my questions with obvious knowledge. My repairs were done quickly and with excellent results. Much more positive I could say about Pinnacle but I will just sum it up by saying that it is obvious that they are more concerned with acquiring and keeping lifelong customers than making the quick buck, rare in these times..! :)
Pros: friendly, knowledgeable, fast & efficent, fair prices, etc..
Cons: none so far :)
