I am new to the area and found Pinnacle through citysearch and all of the great reviews were true. George is extremely great to work with. He remembers your name, your car, and the issue when you walk in and his shop does top-notch service. He always takes the time to explain what is wrong and gives realistic estimates for repair costs. I have an old Accord that he recently fixed and after he fixed my primary issue I asked him to look it over and make recommendations to me. He found a number of issues with the car, explained to me what the issues were, and how serious they were, and in the end he did not recommend doing anything. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and he did not. I will certainly give him my business again in the future.
