My family and I have lived in Pinewood Place for 11 years. We have had some bad and good experiences here. Mostly good because management will take care of any problems we have ever had. As with any community there are problems from time to time but I have found that Pinewood Management does deal with any and all problems in a timely manner. I would recommend it to anyone who abides by the rules of the community. Those who do not ....I would not like as a neighbor. One week end I was driving around and can across this place The day that I was driving by most of the family's were out mowing there yard working in the flower beds playing with there kidsThis is a real big park. Most of the property looks like it is well kept up but there were a few yards that do need a little more cleaning but other then that it looks Great. For a park of this size. I also like that they have steet lights,pool, play ground,and the kids can play at the basketball court. Then I want back during the week to the office and I liked the people they were friendly & nice.\r more

This is a Nice Mobile Park,but when it comes to pricing,buying, or rental information everything is not presented professional and accurately. How do one knows if he/ she are being Overcharge for any fees associated to renting or buying on this park. Management in the office are the ones that determines how much is required to be put down as deposits and applications fees, everybody case is different and that means more money ! There is nothing in the office posted about pricing information its by word of mouth. My suggestion to anyone looking to move in! Ask a lot of questions, Bring your recent credit report, Avoid rush deals, Go to the court house look up real estate information about the property, Do a background check on your management and staff, they do one on you! Inquire with neighbors why and how long the property was vacant! Get an attorney to review your contract before signing anything! I applied 4 months ago me and my 87 yr old mom\r 1ST Pam the manager was smoking in the office and not very friendly i felt if i was bothering her. And to this day I still dont know if i was approved or denied and after the 3rd time I gave up calling the stole me and my 87 yr old moms money.
