I applied 4 months ago me and my 87 yr old mom\r
1ST Pam the manager was smoking in the office and not very friendly i felt if i was bothering her. And to this day I still dont know if i was approved or denied and after the 3rd time I gave up calling the stole me and my 87 yr old moms money. I Called another near by Community Sugarberry Miss wWillie was at my home that afternoon to speak with me and Mom and told us she would love to have us as a part of the community. told her what happened and Pine wood.\r

Pros: It could be a Great community if management would hire better managers
Cons: The Manger is horrible (NEVER SMOKE IN THE OFFICE )
