Worst

When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

First time with online schedule -Not Impressed 10/21/2012

This was my first time to go online and set up an appointment. I received the confirmation and it was with a different stylist then i requested, so i called the store. They told me no problem they would fix it on there end. When i showed up at the appointment they didn't change it. We wanted Miranda and got Teri. Although the hair cut was descent, We were expecting Miranda. I will definitely be going back but i will call in my appointments instead of online. more

While I was impressed overall with the friendliness of the staff, I was disappointed that even after I checked in and stated that we were there for a first haircut package, we did not receive the package. I even registered the cut as the First Haircut Package. My son did great and I will probably return, but I was disappointed in that service. more

Awesome 10/7/2012

This is a great place for kiddos to get their haircut. We went last week for our first haircut done by someone other than a family member and to say the least, my son, who is 2, was not pleased with the idea. The stylist was patient and great with him and by the time we left he was thanking her and giving high fives. more

My Boys Love this place 9/25/2012

My 6 and 8 year old boys love this place because they have video games. Mom loves this place as they get a great haircut and every stylist we have had is very attentive to details and asks me to check the hair before they finish and when I have asked for changes it's not a big deal, super easy place to go. more

It was way beyond what we expected. We drove 5 hours one way for this appointment. It was totally stress free, no fighting. Garrett keeps asking when he can go back. We will find a pigtails and crewcuts where ever we go more

Great Value 9/23/2012

As someone who doesn't like to spend more than $ 15-20 for my own hair cut, I will happily pay the $ 20 for my son's. At Pigtails and Crewcuts they are ALWAYS friendly and really know how to take care of kids. The stylists communicate well with me each visit and they are fast, which is important when cutting toddler's hair. This is the only place I will take my son, especially after some bad cuts at another kids' salon. more

This was our daughter's first haircut and it went so much better than expected thanks to Jenn. She kept her calm, played peekaboo with her, and gave her animal crackers. Overall, a great experience! more

Outstanding 8/25/2012

The first time we brought our grandson to Pigtails & Crewcuts he was 1 year old and was very uncomfortable and had to sit on his Papa's lap. After that first visit he loves to go and he is 2 now. The staff is awesome and it is pricey but we will not take him anywhere else. Excellent service! more

We have gotten my 5 year old daughter's hair cut at Pigtails and Crewcuts for the past couple years now. The service is always great and the atmosphere is very kid-friendly. Her haircuts have turned out wonderful and we plan on getting her haircuts there for a very long time to come : ) more

Happy kid = Happy mom! 8/21/2012

My son is a sensory kiddo, and they were able to get him to sit still, cut his hair all without screaming or crying. They took us to a separate room that was quiet and only used scissors (the razor's are too much noise) and they did it willingly, without a sigh or looking at me like it's only my kid who needs the special treatment. They have a customer for life!! Thank you!!! more

My 5-yr old son has never enjoyed haircuts, but once I told him that we could go to a salon that allowed him to play video games while they cut his hair, he was all for it. Crystal was great with him. My 3-yr old daughter had a great time in the fire truck chair! more
