My girls wanted to get their ears pierced and the girls at Pigtails and Crewcuts were so caring and quick. I was really impressed with the selection of earrings and that they pier...

Worst

When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

My son loves to get his hair cut at Pigtails and Crewcuts. Miranda did an amazing job with shaving and fading his last haircut -- it's a new look we're trying out and we love it! Thank you for providing a kids' salon! more

Thank you for welcoming my special needs child to your salon. Some of the staff there are gentle and understanding with my child, though being the first or last appointment doesn't seem to be any quieter. All the staff are excellent at cutting and finishing with glitter. more

The staff is not only great they are wonderful. They speak directly to the child and get to know them. They are quick but do an outstanding job. Our grandsons enjoy going there and there is not one special hairstylist since they are all wonderful in their own way. more

I think they did a nice job on my daughter's hair. I think more training on African American hair would be nice...but that is true of every place I have been. more

Awesome place! 5/20/2013

My 3-year-old son has been here several times to get his haircut and we've always been pleased. They have a toy room where kids can play before and after their appointment. When we arrived at our appointment this last time, we were disappointed that Teri no longer works there, however, Miranda did an awesome job!!! We will definitely request her next time more

I had my daughter set up for a hair cut & a nail/toe polish. The haircut was simple. The stylist did a nice job creating some bangs for my daughter but the overall cut was uneven. I was highly disappointed considering this was a $19 haircut. No layers or anything. Just your basic cut. And I thought for the polish job that they offer....it was quite pricey...even at $10. And the "treasure chest" is full of lame "prizes"...if that's your thing! more

I took my 22 month old son in to get a haircut and was amazed how well our stylist did with him wiggling all over. She gave him the best haircut he's ever had. more

I was reluctant to try P&C. We were referred to a place similar to this in our hometown in Sacramento, CA. It was awful. HOWEVER - Pigtails & Crewcuts was Great! The girls working there were so friendly, smiling and seemed to be enjoying what they do. The atmosphere is cheery and my daughter, who is 4, felt right at home. We'll definitely be going back for her next cut! more

My son asks to get his hair cut every other day because he loves going to pigtails & crew cuts! It's a fun and easy experience! Great staff and they do great work! It's not easy cutting a toddlers hair but they make it seem like it is! Nothing beats playing with trains, watching a cool movie, getting a lollipop and leaving with a rad haircut! more

Great haircut 4/16/2013

Only downside for me is that both times I have been there, they were running 10-15 min late which isn't bad unless you have a squirmy toddler. Overall very happy with haircut and was asked several times if it was okay! more

Awesome people and salon! 4/16/2013

They may run a few minutes behind some days (they take walk-ins), but it's worth it for my family. This is the only place where they understand that my son has sensory issues and make us feel comfortable. They get his hair cut, every time, no crying or screaming - & that's a miracle in itself. He actually wants to get his hair cut now! They all have patience with the kiddos and wonderful attitudes. more
