Worst

When I arrived the receptionist was on a personal call, did not get off and instead tapped a pen at me to sign in. There was not enough room to sit. However, the stylist was right...

I asked for 1/2 inch off of about 2 inches. Was very clear and he was left with a 1/2 inch of hair. At least it will grow out. Disappointed. more

Scheduling is a breeze 4/7/2013

My son is almost 4 and loves getting his haircut at Pigtails and Crewcuts. It is so convenient to shopping and dining. Plus, the online scheduling means I can schedule his appointment when it is convenient to me. Thanks Pigtails and Crewcuts! more

Awesome Experience 3/18/2013

Had our 6.5 month son's second haircut. The appointment started right on time and our stylist was fantastic with our son. She was able to keep his attention and we got through the whole haircut without a fuss. We will definitely be coming back to see her again! more

Son's First Haircut 3/10/2013

We had a wonderful first time experience for our 1 yo son's first hair cut. When my husband was late they let us push back the appointment to wait and play in the play room. Once the appointment began, the hairstylist was a pro. She didn't get frazzled by his inital, worked around us as we fed him snacks to calm him down, let us take tons of pictures and gave us great recommendations on how to cut and style his hair. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back! Highly recommend! more

Loved it! 3/6/2013

Have been going here for awhile now and have always been happy with the service. This last time was especially wonderful, as Dana walked my 5 year old daughter thru the ear piercing process so smoothly and so fast that she didn't even flinch. She was so happy with her beautiful earrings and the staff really shared the happy moment with her. Thank you for making this easy on mom and such a special day.! more

We've been to Pigtaills & Crewcuts at least a dozen times and have had nothing but great, courteous service. My son always has a nice time with their wide array of fun things to play with before and after his haircut. He is constantly asking to go have his haircut, remarking that his hair is getting "yonger and yonger". more

We have been regulars at P&C for the past 2 years. They never disappoint! The service is great, my kids love the stylists, waiting room entertainment is fabulous if is a wait. Online appt booking is a breeze, and they balance number of appts with expected walk in business. So unlike some other salons that push through walk ins not thinking about the appts set to be there in 5 min, if you are set for a time at P&C, you will get in pretty much at that time! LOVE this salon. more

Teri is AWESOME! 2/23/2013

My son is 2 and he's already had at least 15 haircuts ( he was born with a head of hair). I started taking him to P&C a few months ago (we've been there 3 times) and he loves it there! Whenever we pass P&C, he says he wants to get his hair cut! Teri is awesome!! more

We continue to come back time after time because we always have a good experience. We have liked all of our stylists but Jen exceeded my expectations. She not only was very kind with my son but she offered to make a note in his profile about a few of the things he does not like so that future haircuts will be stress free for him. I was really impressed. I also love the online booking feature because it has prevented us from extremely long waits, which we have encountered in the past. more

I have been to Pigtails and Crewcuts a few times now for my son and we've only ever booked with Teri. His last haircut I decided to take hime somewhere else and boy, was that a mistake. We came back to Teri and he enjoyed his haircut and is back to being handsome. Thank you so much for great people like Teri and online booking! more

Great Kiddo Cuts 2/12/2013

I drive over 40 minutes to take my kiddos here, but it is TOTALLY worth it! Teri and Crystal did an amazing job with my 2 yr old boy and 5 yr old girl. My 12 yr old wants his cuts there too because of the games :) They do a great job with the squirmy wormys and the particular mommas. I love coming there and so do my kids more

Looks Great! 2/2/2013

A past bad experience with the clippers left my son terrified, but this visit his stylist knew that and she did a great job making him comfortable and kept his focus on other things. I was pleased with the cut and so happy that he had a good time while we were at the shop. Thank you! more

What a great place! 2/2/2013

There are many things I loved about this place. They have a fantastic website and you can even make an appointment there! Also everyone was beyond nice to me and even my 17 mo old who screamed and thrashed the entire time. After his haircut not only did I get great styling tips and product tips they let him pick a toy! It was not only a fun environment for kids but it was VERY clean! This was our first visit and it will NOT be our last. more
