The vet was friendly but I was shocked to find that I was NOT consulted on optional procedures or costs before they were carried out on my pet. I expect to be told what procedures are optional, allowed to agree or disagree to them, and be given price quotes before the procedure is performed. There should NEVER be surprise procedures and costs on an invoice. Also, the staff were VERY disrespectful of my choice to purchase heartworm preventative from petmeds.com. I appreciate being informed but do not appreciate not being allowed to make my own informed decision. We will not be returning. more

Dr.Annette Wilson is the BEST 3/3/2009

Dr.Annette Wilson is the most caring vet in the world.She also teaches you extra things you can do to ensure your pet has a great life of health.She is very patient and carefully waits to see if you understand what she is saying.She did surgery on several of my dogs and they did very well.I recommend her to anyone who truly needs a kind vet who cares about your pet and you too! more

Very compassionate care for my kitties. See Dr. Kipp. She is very patient and detailed. 12/18/2008

After trying several Vets in the area, I finally found the right one a few years ago. Piedmont Vet is the one. Dr. Kipp is my favorite, but even the vet techs are patient and committed to the health of my cats. The new facility is clean and sanitary, and very convenient for me. They have hours that fit most every schedule. The front desk staff is very attentive, and I've seldom had to wait long. I highly recommend this clinic. Pros: Great staff and veterinarians, new facility, never feel rushed, always patient and compassionate Cons: I won't complain about the cost, because they're right in line with all vets. Animal care is expensive, it just goes along with having a pet...get used to it :-) more
