The vet was friendly but I was shocked to find that I was NOT consulted on optional procedures or costs before they were carried out on my pet. I expect to be told what procedures are optional, allowed to agree or disagree to them, and be given price quotes before the procedure is performed. There should NEVER be surprise procedures and costs on an invoice. Also, the staff were VERY disrespectful of my choice to purchase heartworm preventative from petmeds.com. I appreciate being informed but do not appreciate not being allowed to make my own informed decision. We will not be returning.
