I am a long time customer. Today I saw on their facebook in honor of the saints themed clothes 20-60 percent off. I CALLED THEM and asked if they had any smocked dresses left the elderly lady said YES! I TOLD HER I KNOW THE SHORTALL IS 19.99 IS THE DRESS THE SAME PRICE SHE SAID YES . I ASKED HER TO PLEASE SAVE IT I AM ON MY WAY SHE SAID OK WILL DO WHEN I GOT THERE SHE OH NO IT IS ONLY 20 PERCENT OFF SO NOW THE DRESS IS 42.00 DOLLARS OK THATS SNEAKY THEN BEFORE I LEFT SHE SAID IM SORRY I COULDN'T REALLY HEAR YOU BECAUSE YOUR PHONE WAS BREAKING UP I AM CONTACTING THE BBB THIS IS A CRAPPY WAY OF DOING BUISNESS. Love this store. They have the cheapest prices of any store I have been to. They have great yearly sales where the store is 50 percent off. I went to one and bought a lot of clothes but it was a little crazy with the crowds. Pros: great prices, cute smocked clothes, easy parking more

I shop and buy children's clothes at many stores in the Metairie/New Orleans area. I am so glad that I found this store. It has the best prices of any other stores in this area. The owner and staff are so nice and helpful. I went to their 50% off sale and bought 8 smocked dresses for about $150. I will never go to any other children store again. I bought a dress at this store and paid to have the dress monogramed. The employee wrote the size of the dress wrong on the receipt, I corrected her error and then she scratched out the wrong size and re-wrote the correct size. When I went to pick up the dress it was the wrong dress and wrong size with my child's name on it. They refused to refund or exchange the dress. I paid over 50.00 for the dress and monogram and my daughter never got to wear the dress. I was very disappointed in the service and I will never go back. The same dresses are sold at other stores in the Metairie/Kenner area for the same price with quality service, not sneaky creeps. I was never allowed to see my original receipt with the type and size dress on it, I am assuming because that would have proved this their error. Not only did I loose over 50.00 but the owner was extremely rude and sarcastic when I talked to her about the dress. A friend of mine mentioned this store. I visited it and will never again go to any other store. They have high quality smocked and monogrammed items at extremely good prices. The same clothes here are half the price that I saw them at any other boutique. Pros: best prices, helpful staff more
