I bought a dress at this store and paid to have the dress monogramed. The employee wrote the size of the dress wrong on the receipt, I corrected her error and then she scratched out the wrong size and re-wrote the correct size. When I went to pick up the dress it was the wrong dress and wrong size with my child's name on it. They refused to refund or exchange the dress. I paid over 50.00 for the dress and monogram and my daughter never got to wear the dress. I was very disappointed in the service and I will never go back. The same dresses are sold at other stores in the Metairie/Kenner area for the same price with quality service, not sneaky creeps. I was never allowed to see my original receipt with the type and size dress on it, I am assuming because that would have proved this their error. Not only did I loose over 50.00 but the owner was extremely rude and sarcastic when I talked to her about the dress. I wouldnt recommend this store to anybody!\r \r Pros: Cute dresses, monogram available Cons: Extremely rude employees/owner ..if they make a mistake they refuse to do a refund or exchange more
