My son bought a jeep from Pic Bros. We received a letter from Harrisburg saying the paper work for the title was not done right. I called Pic Bros.,oh sure they will take care of it ,no problem. It wasn't their mistake, Harrisburg is always screwing up. Very nice of them right, I thought so too. WRONG !! When I received the title in the mail I put it with the other paper work. A few weeks ago my son decided to trade his jeep for a motorcycle. He got all the paper work ready to show the guy how much money we put into the jeep. When he opened the title it said, RECONSTRUCTED FLOOD VEHICLE ! We were never told it was a flood vehicle,or we would not have bought it. I understand you should expect some fault with a used vehicle but COME ON, to not tell us it was a flood vehicle ! That is wrong in so many ways. I tell everyone I meet NOT to go to Pic Bros. My son has even put a sign on his vehicle letting everyone know how DISHONEST, and SNEEKY they are ! OH, the best part, we live in the same town they do. I hope everyone in town reads the sign we put in my son's vehicle, I want their friends and neighbors to know what they are REALLY like ! :) more

In August of 2010, my wife and I went to Pic Brothers to buy a used car; hoping for a good deal. With cash in hand we got a 91 Grand Prix, turns out this lemon is going to be a money pit. For instance, this Friday we pulled into our parking lot and the muffler fell off. We took it into a shop to get it fixed and found out the muffler was so rotted and held in place by a wire and coat hanger. Come on man! Also, the catalytic convertor had holes in it like Swiss cheese. Which we will have to replace next month. Also, struts on the right side are goners. The transmission is slipping and may need to be replaced. I guess we are just what you call the unlucky ones. I wish they would buy this damn thing back, so we can buy something decent. Signed, more

we bought a 99 chevy suburban! I absolutely loved it!! Could haul 9 people and loved how loud it was. which having kids was a great vehicle, sure it had it's quirks but what vehicle doesn't. Was saddened when i had an accident in it and the insurance company totaled it. I miss my suburban, i am now driving a yukon and i don't love it, it doesn't have enough storage room and not enough power. Looking for another suburban and I have been keeping an eye on the pic brothers lot for another one. The owners are great guys!! Pros: great prices more

I have purchased five vehicles from Pic Bros. and have never had any issues with any of them. Any issues the vehicles had were thoroughly covered and I knew I was buying a used car. I dare you to find a dealer in the area that has the selection and prices that fit into the average household budget. The owners generally go above and beyond what most would do for the pricing of the cars. Pros: cant touch their prices on other car lots Cons: haven't found one yet more

Okay this is directed at the other reviews...you should have any used car you buy looked at at another garage first! Thats the number one rule of buying used cars! if you dont have it looked at by another garage you're setting yourself up for something like that. I bought a car from pic brothers. The car was 3500 and some change. It ran me about 3 months. Then it would have cost more to fix then i paid. Pretty good deal right? Wrong. Yeah dont buy cars there. I don't understand why people seem to think car dealers are to be held for the repairs of your car just because you bought it there. I was at Pic brothers looking for a car last Saturday and what i saw was a car lot selling used cars at great prices. If you want a car lot to give you a 100% problem free car GO BUY A NEW ONE What do you expect for a car around 3000 dollars. Do you have a $500 car payment NO Do pic bros know how every car was used by it owner before they got it NO so why is it there fault you have problems with your car. NOW if you spent $25000 on a car sure it should be in top shape and dealers provide you with that option. So pic bros didnt rip you off they sold you a USED car at a good price get over it and quit your bitching God dam you people just dont get it So i will buy a car from pic bros and if it breaks thats my problem. Don?t ever buy a car from pic bros! I heard bad things to begin with but went against my better judgment and bought from them. They swore up and down to me and my husband while we were purchasing a vehicle from them that they stand behind every vehicle they sell! Sure they do, they stand behind it long enough to watch the glue and tape they used to rig them together fall apart. I purchased a vehicle from them in Feb and thought ?wow, what a great price? and I got exactly what I wanted. I was happy. The only problem I saw was that hey the carpet was paint stained but who cares? The interior was extremely dirty but I can clean so again who cares? But after less than two months it stopped turning to the left. I took it to a garage (one that I always go to. The owner knows me and knows me well as I am close friends with his sister.) After inspecting the van they found that 1) the water pump was bad. 2) the steering racke was shot. 3) it needed a new oil pan gasket. 4) a new oil filter housing. And 5) some belts. Now I am no expert but that?s a lot to suddenly go wrong. The warranty company would only pay $689 for the work. I was still going to be responsible for $701. So, yeah I paid $2500 for the car. In two months it needs $1390 worth of work. I call the dealership thinking they said they stand behind their vehicles. Thinking I have two children under the age of two and have sunk every penny I have into this car. Thinking they would be willing to help me out because in the back of my mind I knew they knew things were wrong to begin with. I was told when I called by Shawn that it was because the garage I took it to that it was so expensive and so much was found to be ?wrong.? That the owner has a problem with him and that was my problem. ( I see he likes to place blame on garages not his shady business!) Again the garage in question does all my repairs and is always good to me because I say again they know me! So, then he tells me, ?well, it?s a used vehicle what do you expect? Things go wrong.? Not that many things in that short of a time! I was of coarse angry and yelling at this point and he said he would look at it if I could get it there. It isn?t drivable! How am I to get it there? Should I pay towing too? Oh and I apparently wasn?t acting human? isn?t it quote unquote human to be angry? But in the end I guess I will pay the money to make sure it is fixed right and I have learned my lesson about buying cars from them. I am sure as he has to his other bad review he will try to trash me. The only mistake I made was that I didn?t take the car back to him sooner when I was told I had an oil leak. I am an over worked mother of two who doesn?t know much about cars. So, yes that was my mistake. I was told the day I bought it that it was leaking a little oil but to me I didn?t think that was that big of a deal. I was also told it was leaking anti freeze but I am always hot and run the air a lot thinking that was all. I should have had it looked over at that point! So, do yourself a favor. If you are thinking or getting a car from them test drive it right to the nearest garage and have it looked over. Otherwise don?t buy from them at all. Pros: NONE! Cons: ALL! more

My father bought a car ( KIA RIO) at Pic Brothers Auto Sales. The car operates really really well no problems just the usual oil changes and tires. Now i hoping to find a great car from thier that has a resonable price.... HINT: I'm looking towards that silver Mustang.... I have purchased 2 different vehicles on 2 occassions and have had great experiences with both, I needed a hitch put on my newest purchase and removed from my trade, and they were very accomodating to get this done for me. Hello, my name is shawn and i am one of the owners of pic bros auto sales. i would like to respond on the false review from aj1214 made on 8/9/08. it seems AJ doesn't like to tell the whole truth or the whole story for all that it matters. he and his wife did buy a 1999 chevy cavalier from us on 4/7/08 for the price of 2300.00 plus tax and tags,700.00 under loan value. he also purchased a DRIVE TRAIN warranty from eagle warranty, not through me. the warranty they picked out was the least expensive and only covered drive train related items. they did come back after about 3 weeks and said the check engine light was on, so to be nice, i hooked up the scanner to see what was wrong. it was a code caused by them losing their gas cap and driving around without one. I gave them a used one and cleared code, light did not come back on and didn't hear from them for about four months. when they called they were mad because they had their car to their garage for a shutting off problem which is not covered by the chosen warranty. while at garage lots of new parts were installed on the car and in the process wiring got shorted out and security locked out the cars capability of running. his quality garage socked him a bill for over 1300.00 for unnecessary repairs and told him they could not fix it. car then went to another garage where they would not even touch the mess from previous garage. AJ calls me and i agree to look at it to see if i could help. i picked the car up and spent approx. 7 hours putting car back together just to be able to see what was goin on. come to find out there were several wires cut and or burnt causing a short in the computer. I did repair bad wiring and figured a way to get him running for now but he would need a new comp, and will need a GM garage to program it,DIDN'T CHARGE HIM A DIME! I feel i went above and beyond what most people would do.Seems the only person AJ should be mad at is himself and his quality garage! Maybe A J shouldn't be a J A! Pros: all pros Cons: no cons more
