I am always greeted by name and the staff is always the best. My car was returned perfectly washed and vacuumed, I felt like I was taking delivery again. more

Pleasant & Patient Every time 6/15/2011

Every time I bring my car in for service, everyone is pleasant and patient. I really appreciate that the service department opens early and closes late as I work in the city and often need the extra time in the evening. more

I consider Piazza to be the best VW service center in the entire city. Not only is the staff and mechanics polite, well versed and do everything they promise. They always manage to go the extra step to make it a pleasure and not a chore. more
