Very Positive Experience! 3/15/2011

I must say my experience with the Piazza dealership and Service Center has been very positive! I do appreciate the responsiveness and friendliness of everyone working at the dealership and service center. I have been coming to Piazza Acura for the past 4 years at first for purchasing and servicing my 2007 MDX and then trading that in to leasing the 2010 MDX. I had worked with Jamie for the trade and lease last August and it was a very smooth transition with absolutely no pressure. Everything happened as Jamie explained. He was very helpful in ensuring I received all that I wanted in the new MDX lease. The service center employees are awesome! Any work that needs to be done is explained very clearly and in layman's terms. Ryan Tepper usually handles my account when I need to come in and always makes sure all is taken care of accurately and as quickly and reasonably priced. I know when I drive off the lot, I will not need to return the next day because something was missed. I h more

Piazza VW - Great Dealership! 3/15/2011

Piazza VW is a great dealership. I live in NJ and used to go to a local VW dealer. I called around and Piazza VW of Ardmore?s prices were better. Piazza VW?s employees were much more friendly, accommodating, and my overall experience was fantastic compared to the other VW dealer. Piazza VW of Ardmore has a great program, that they offer. I am more than willing to travel out of state because of the exceptional service I received. more

Piazza Acura of Ardmore is a very clean facility. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I have had only positive experiences with the Sales staff and Service staff. I love my MDX and they take really care of me. Jamie in sales was very knowledgeable and efficient. Ryan in service has always been helpful and responsive. more

Impressed 12/20/2010

Piazza Acura of Ardmore's service department was great. I needed my brakes to be looked at in my TL. I was impressed that they didn't charge me that much to just take a look, to hear that the brakes were getting low, and would need to be replaced, in a month or two. I ended up getting new brakes a few months later, when I had more time. I was treated with respect and they provided very good service. Thank you Piazza Acura of Ardmore! I will return. more

World Class 11/30/2010

This is definitely a World Class dealership. Everytime I bring my car in for service, I receive a free car wash. Little things like this, make my day. Their work is also superior. Thanks! more

Never go there again!! 11/29/2010

Sucky service.. Extremely rude and disrespectful. My car's farily new so I just brought it in for a basic A12 service. After I got my car back, I noticed a loud squeeky noise which wasn't there when I brought in my car.. They refused to do anything about it and ask me to bring it in for a check which would cost me. I think they purposly did something just so I would come back.. Be very carful when u leave ur car there.. I know Im not going back there again.. more

Bad Service 11/29/2010

Really bad service.. They lied to me by giving me a list of uneccessary repairs that I need for my car thats hardly been driven (Acura TL, 29k miles). Afterward, I took my car to pepboys and they told me my car was prefectly fine & didn't really need anything .. They're ripp offs!!!! more

They're disrespectful and have no sense of customer service.. I woudn't trust them with my car. My car stated to make squeeky noises after they got done with it.. Not sure what they did but they refuse to admit anything.. I don't trust them & wound't recommend anyone to go there for any service.. more

Very Bad Customer Service 11/29/2010

Don't trust these guys with my car. Mechanic and Manger really rude.. They took forever with my oil change and ended up breaking something else. Never go there!! more
