I was looking for a car that was hard to find and various dealerships were not very helpful beyond cars they already had. Piazza tracked down exactly the car I wanted, got it within a week and offered a good price. Service was courteous, friendly and efficient. more

Highly Recommended 3/16/2012

We worked with Sue Choi to purchase a new GLI for our son. Initially my contact was via email very quick and accurate responses from Sue. My husband visited the dealership to view a pre-owned GLI and realized that Sue could locate a new vehicle with all the specifics that we were desiring. Within a few weeks we had delivery of the exact car we were seeking at an incredible price. The delivery was awesome with every detail and then some covered by Sue and her team. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the technical features of the car and helped to program many features prior to us leaving the dealership. We couldn't have asked for more. Obviously, it was more than worth our trip to travel 1.5 hrs to this dealership and we would highly recommend Sue and Piazza to anyone in the market for a new VW. more

My sales person went above and beyond my expectations to make sure that I was taken care of in a timely and comfortable manner. I definitely plan on recommending Piazza Acura of Ardmore to anyone looking for a car. The sales person walked me through a complete demonstration of all accessories included with the car and discussed upgraded options like the tech package. more

I always feel very comfortable with everyone in the service department. There is never an awkwardness in dropping off or picking up my vehicle. Thank you for the assistance with my new Jetta. We love it!! Sue Choi was terrific! Sue was helpful, knowledgeable, she answered all of our questions and made sure everything was ready before we left. Overall, Sue was the best salesperson we have had. BEST DEALER! 3/6/2012

In all of my years of car ownership, I have never had an experience like I had last Friday. Without exception, every employee I interface with asked if I needed anything, pointed out the refreshments and asked if I wanted anything. Upon pick up, the work completed was thoroughly explained and the plan for the next service was also reviewed. I actually told my husband and my co-workers about it. Thanks for everything ... it is the attention to exceptional customer service that has separated Piazza from the rest!! more

Great PLace! 2/21/2012

I have nothing to say but wonderful accolades. Right from the start I had a great experience. I purchased my vehicle through the web and email correspondence. The quote I received was the best right from the start - from more than 20 dealers!! My entire experience was delightful and easy! From sales personnel to finance department all were pleasant and helpful. I travelled more than 100 miles and saved a lot of green bucks by doing so. I would do it again without thinking a second thought. more
